About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between strategy, performance, and creative. In this role, you’ll translate raw data into meaningful insights that directly drive client growth and retention strategies. Your work will inform everything from A/B testing to creative direction, ensuring our clients see measurable success.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze Key Metrics – Track sales, engagement, retention, and customer behavior to uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Deliver Actionable Insights – Convert raw data into strategic recommendations that improve performance.
- Hypothesis Development & Testing – Run A/B tests and experiments to drive statistically significant results.
- Automate & Optimize Systems – Improve data collection and reporting processes for efficiency and consistency.
- Market Research & Benchmarking – Stay ahead of industry trends and apply insights to client strategies.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with strategists, creatives, and leadership to align data with business goals.
- Communicate Insights Clearly – Present findings in a way that’s accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in e-commerce or marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and retention marketing.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for enhanced data analysis is a bonus.
