Description

Job Title: Data Analyst

Department: Administration

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

This position focuses on delivering high-quality, actionable analytical solutions for leadership and stakeholders across the organization. The Data Analyst is responsible for producing and managing various reports and dashboards that support operational, financial, and clinical decision-making across departments. The role requires a strong grasp of data visualization, report development, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

  • Assist with administering the physician compensation plan.
  • Manage and maintain over 50+ PowerBI Specialty Reports for various departments.
  • Create and analyze the Provider Usage Report, E&M Code Report, and Employee Worked Hours report.
  • Develop and maintain Profit & Loss by Class dashboards.
  • Produce Opioid & Benzo Reports to support compliance and clinical review.
  • Generate X-Ray Reports (PM Reimbursement Reports) to monitor procedural metrics.
  • Track operational performance with ClockWise Reports.
  • Create and reconcile Employee Hours vs. Ring Central Reports and Employee Hours vs. Provider Usage Reports.
  • Generate the Urgent Care Staffing & Operations Report to support scheduling and staffing decisions.
  • Use QuickBooks data to manage PowerBI reports containing revenue-related figures.
  • Maintain and analyze Referral Report.
  • Generate and evaluate Ring Central/Phone Reports for communication efficiency and patient engagement.
  • Report on Revenue Categories and develop the CPT Reimbursement Report to evaluate payer and procedural performance.
  • Conduct analysis on Insurance Plan - Value Per Visit to assist with contract negotiations and payer evaluations.
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc Managers Meeting Reports to support operational transparency and performance reviews.
  • Track and analyze Provider Hours vs. Patient-Facing Hours to optimize patient access and provider utilization.
  • Fulfill customized data requests and dashboards for Owners Meeting Reports.

 

Core Essentials:

  • · Design, test, and implement reports and dashboards in PowerBI.
  • · Maintain data accuracy and perform regular quality assurance on reports.
  • · Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders for report requirements and delivery.
  • · Provide technical support and training on the use of data reports.
  • · Translate raw data into meaningful insights that support executive decision-making.
  • · Ensure data privacy and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or six years of data analytics experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating, analyzing, and maintaining complex reports.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in statistics, information systems, computer science, accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in Accounting
  • Knowledge of SQL and database structures.
  • Experience in healthcare data analytics.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and report automation.
