About the role


Arsenault has a unique offering for clients in the Brand Partnerships team. As a result we have worked with top-tier brands across many verticals and are looking for someone who can leverage data to strengthen our proposals and offering, and increase our conversion rates.


We are after someone with experience in, and passion for, measurement, analysis and reporting and who wants to help shape how we use data for both the Arsenault and Secret Media Network brands and provide analysis of the fundamental data collected every day.



Key Responsibilities


  • Gather, analyse and interpret our first party and owned channel data, providing the wider team with current, accurate and useful information
  • Conduct pre-sale analysis of our proposals, advising on KPIs and targeting
  • Help shape our Post Campaign Analyses and case studies, providing both the quantitative results and qualitative interpretations which in turn create constructive learning opportunities and lead to repeat business
  • Help build internal and client-facing visual dashboards dedicated to specific accounts
  • Work with third parties to conduct research and brand uplift studies, making sense of the data and presenting it to wider team and/or clients
  • Work with the user research team to build audience surveys, analysing the results and incorporating the insights into relevant proposals
  • Present performance information and current industry insights to wider team on weekly basis

Skills & Experience Required


  • Qualifications: Bachelors degree in numerical subject, e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or 2+ years relevant experience in data analytics related roles
  • Interest in marketing industry
  • Advanced Google Analytics experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, e.g. VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to take initiative and be inquisitive
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent time management

  • Experience of working with data studio and tableau
