JOB PURPOSE
As our Data Analyst you are responsible for overseeing, analyzing and interpreting our data.  You are responsible for analyzing data using statistical techniques, implementing and maintaining databases, gathering data from primary and secondary sources, identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends from the data. You use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources and aid in the visualisation or monitoring of data.

ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you will do as Data Analyst in Companjon 
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identifyanalyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
What you will need to succeed 
  • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
  • Fluency in English and Chinese 
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL etc) and programming 
  • Advanced Knowledge of statistics and use of statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Python, SQL, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in Databricks and Azure environment end to end
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • M.Sc in Business Analytics
