Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to effectively interpret and analyze large sets of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to help drive business decisions and improve overall company performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and maintain databases to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders
- Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven ability to handle large datasets and work with complex data structures
- Knowledge of automotive industry and performance parts is a plus
