Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando. Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America.  AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country. We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year


Job Summary:

The Consumer Experience Analyst will be an integral part of the Corporate Services Consumer Experience team within AdventHealth. In this role, you will have a successful track record of breaking down complex business ideas, analyzing data inputs and delivering key Consumer focused information to a variety of audiences. You will need to partner with managers, researchers, technologists, and operators to deliver impactful analysis supporting solutions for our Consumers. AdventHealth will depend on you to help drive solutions, processes, and technologies to create the greatest impact on the overall Consumer experience. The Consumer Experience Analyst works closely with Consumer team colleagues to research, develop, and influence product solutions and key Consumer efforts based on team strategy and vision. This role is inherently cross-functional\: you will work closely with technology, design, operations, analytics and executive teams to bring solutions to market. You will have the opportunity to summarize research, report on data driven insights, research and document consumer friction points as well as bring creative thinking to complex solutions.
 

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Responsible for understanding, and analyzing a variety of data inputs and research related to key consumer promise and aspirational initiatives
  • Proven success record in analyzing, developing, building and executing first-in-class services and/or experiences
  • Translates the product vision into a set of detailed, comprehensive product requirements such as user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensures the execution of creative assets developed in support of initiatives to ensure adherence to strategic vision.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including experience in using hard data and metrics to support assumptions, product requirements, activation and solutioning.
  • Ensures new capabilities, improvements and/or enhancements are well integrated and vetted within the AdventHealth ecosystem including proactively partnering and collaborating with impacted upstream/downstream matrixed areas.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, execute methodically and manage competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Thoroughly tests and validates accuracy of all work product.
  • Attends cross functional Consumer project meetings to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
  • Supports multiple cross-functional Consumer teams to ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope.
  • Conducts research, analysis and mystery shops as needed in support of solving Consumer pain points and performance gaps.
  • Research and synthesize Consumer insight inputs to effectively develop communications for
  • senior level audiences.
  • Summarize and present research findings using digestible language and illustrations
  • Organize agendas and key action items from meetings with large groups of cross functional participants and executive stakeholders.
     


What Will You Need:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Required
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a business analyst, product analyst or similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Ability to think strategically and turn ideas into action, with a positive outlook, personal initiative and accountability.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate effectively to cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills to build research summaries, communications and product models for executive review.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues.
  • Proven ability as a team player able to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, plus the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of an organization. 
  • Experience interviewing and communicating with third party vendors and external technology services to elevate product solutions to the team.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, synergizing many inputs into effective action plans or communications
