The Data Visualization & Reporting team at FM Global is responsible for extracting insights out of our data to help our leaders make better business decisions. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will help us provide innovative, consistent, and effective solutions so FM Global can make informed decisions. You will accomplish this through reporting and analytical solutions that bring value to the business. You will extract and transform data from various relational databases and data collection pipelines.
You will gather data through multiple channels including various internal sources via the company's underwriting, engineering, client services, marketing, claims, and operations data. You will be expected to understand, interpret, and communicate the impact to stakeholders through various forms of communication. We also aim to create and share guidelines across the organization for data visualization and reporting best practices. You will act as an ambassador to help grow adoption of these guidelines across FM Global.
Education
Candidates may be considered for a Business Intelligence Developer I (1-3 years experience), Business Intelligence Developer II (3-5 years experience), Business Intelligence Developer III (5-7 years experience) or Business Intelligence Developer IV (7+ years experience) role based on experience and qualifications.
The hiring range for the four levels is $78,500 to $164,200 USD.The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
