Our Data & Analytics practice is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team!  We engineer data to help our clients overcome their biggest obstacles and exploit their most valuable opportunities by utilizing our deep experience across multiple industries.  The successful hire will be an integral part of a collaborative engineering team specializing in building modern data pipelines for our customers.  

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate and partner with customers, data analysts, product managers, data architects and engineers to gather and define requirements for robust data pipeline architectures and business visualizations
  • Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach, leading requirements gathering sessions and preparing and delivering client presentations and work products/prototypes
  • Drive understanding and decision making from data, with clients ranging from key executives down to operational staff
  • Profile, analyze and prep data to assess data quality and to support data cataloging, use case definition, visualizations and testing
  • Possess a deep and versatile functional skill set to support end-to-end analytics across a variety of industries
  • Identify and document process improvements: automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery
  • Develop and execute test plans
  • Able to define logical data models and construct data flow diagrams
  • Manage release schedules, prioritize projects, and ensure adequate resources are available
  • Attend and lead meetings; provide project status reporting to management; assist with testing scenarios; and validate results
  • All other duties, as assigned

  • Skilled at defining and documenting business processes, requirements and data flows for ongoing system enhancement initiatives

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Business, Systems or Data Analysis
  • 2-5+ years of implementation experience in data warehouse and Business Intelligence environments
  • Experience with Incorta is a plus
  • Experience working with one or more visualization tool, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Exposure to multiple BI/Data Warehouse platforms: Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Oracle
  • Experience working with structured and semi-structured data
  • Hands-on experience working with SQL or similar database query tools
  • Experience programming in Python
  • Experience building statistical models and working knowledge of Data Science concepts
