Job Overview






As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you support the acquisition and operation of multimillion-dollar, multifamily apartment home communities through quantitative analysis, reporting, and visualizations.









Roles You Will Play






 The Analyst

  • Architect and design data visualization solutions for internal business stakeholders, translating between business problems and elegant technical solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with various departmental stakeholders and help address their key analytical pain points
  • Develop, conduct, and coordinate analysis to facilitate operational decisions, including revenue and expense management
  • Create methodologies and reports to track valuations of revenue streams
  • Leverage data science and analytics to identify operational opportunities

The Engineer

  • Leverage technologies such as BI and GIS visualization platforms, Databricks, and modern developer tools to execute innovative solutions that facilitate data-driven analysis and automation
  • Analyze, develop, and help maintain data connections between the various stages of the data infrastructure
  • Investigate data issues as they arise and devise innovative solutions
  • Manage BI and GIS visualization platforms, working with company executives to push forward an aligned vision and implementation

Building Blocks of Success






  • 1+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
  • Degree in a quantitative or financial discipline
  • GPA 3.5 or higher
  • Experience in SQL and visualization platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with Python scientific stack
  • Experience with Databricks is a plus
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience building enterprise reporting solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to rapidly pick up new skills and search for solutions when needed
