POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, The Business Data Analyst II provides support in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents. Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks. Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, 
procedures, and methods. Maintains a current internal documentation library. Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Five (5) years relevant experience 
  • Familiar with DLA funding policy and procedures. 
  • Advanced MS Excel formula and data manipulation skills to be utilized for, but not limited to data analysis and reporting. 
  • Thorough understanding of DoD budget and funding execution process (i.e., PBR; FMR; general knowledge/experience with MIPRs and funding documents). 
  • Experience with understanding financial strategies and financial information related to resourcing requirements and execution (i.e., spend plans, reconciliation tasks, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to work on projects or tasks independently. 

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
