The business management team is responsible for Information Management, ICT contract management and ICT finance. This team will build strong rapport with the rest of ICT and set clear robust frameworks to embed throughout the department.
The purpose of this role is to investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking improvements of new or changed processes. Works closely with the ICT commercial contracts manager to monitor ICT contract performance. Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements. Identifies options for consideration.
