Location: Witham (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home)

Salary: A competitive salary from £41,680 – £62,520 depending on the experience you can bring

We are on the lookout for experienced Business Analysts to join our team. Reporting to the Lead Capability Development Manager, our Business Analysts play a vital role in delivering initiatives designed to transform and elevate the needs of our customers. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-driven development, cloud-based solutions and increasing speed from idea to market. You will play a crucial role in building customer focused journeys that set us apart in the industry.

The focus of this role is analysis and assessment. It requires established technical expertise and acts with a considerable degree of autonomy. Leading workshops is a critical part of the role, you will be expected to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and drive project alignment.

As a Business Analyst you will be trusted to manage your own time and workload effectively and will have input to policy and technical decisions for your area of expertise.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Prior experience in a Business Analyst role within the financial services industry or within a regulated environment.

  • Demonstrable experience of working in both an agile and waterfall environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to understand, articulate and document complex business issues and understand the impact proposed solutions may have on a business process.

  • Experience in business process modelling.

  • Prior experience in Retirement and Saving Platforms, Advised and Workplace.

  • Experience contributing to, and achieving, continuous improvement goals.

  • A delivery focussed mentality.

  • A curious nature with a desire to learn and continuously improve
