We are seeking a Business Analyst. This position is a dynamic role that features interacting with both the software user community as well as the development teams that build software. A Business Analyst must be a quick learning problem solver with great written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities






  • Gathering requirements from clients and internal stakeholders based on current business processes and future business needs
  • Refining the requirements through workshops, interviews, and other client interactions
  • Translating the requirements to software development artifacts such as:
    • Functional requirements
    • Functional design specifications
    • Use Cases
    • Wireframes
  • Guiding cross functional product teams through the development of application customizations and enhancements








Qualifications






  • BA or BS degree with 8 years related experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform the role of business analyst for enterprise business systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly verbally and in writing
  • Ability to think like a software end user
  • Ability to visualize abstract concepts
  • Good sense of visual design and layout basics
  • Proficient in use the of MS Office applications
  • Experience with working effectively with remote software engineering teams
  • Conducting and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT)
