  1. Source: A recruiter sources candidates from various sources; the search starts from our proprietary database. Using advanced sourcing methods like social media, professional networking media, internal, and 3rd party job boards, we identify qualified candidates.
  2. Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates’ experience and skill sets against our client’s position.
  3. Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client’s work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates.
  4. Submit: the recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
  5. Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates’ technical skills.
  6. Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.
  7. On board: On successfully completing the above steps, the candidates are welcomed on board and assisted to ensure a smooth integration at the client’s location.

Job Description:

Looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with the ability to define requirements and help design solutions alongside developers and users to address their needs.

Must be self-driven, disciplined, assertive and goal oriented -- individuals with a focus on delivering solutions that meet the user’s needs.

As a Business Analyst in the PMO, you will define and document business specifications, application functionality, workflow requirements, and configuration of business rules, and may perform some level of testing. You will be working in a team environment where you will be the vital link between IT and business, as well as third parties.

As a Business Analyst in the PMO, you will participate in initiatives in multiple areas of the organization – and support initiatives of various sizes, types and complexities. With the PMO’s primary function of quality and timely delivery, the projects supported are often high-profile and visible.

Senior Business Analyst with specific government application experience is highly desired.

The Business Analyst (BA) plans, develops, tests and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems:

· Evaluates user request for new or modified program.

· Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.

· Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

· Leads analysis and solution definition.

· Understands the business issues and data challenges of the organization.

· Identifies organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.

· Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.

· Develops functional and non-functional specifications, uses cases and system design specifications for systems.

· Conducts effective joint applications development and brainstorming sessions.

· Interviews and surveys subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements.

· Understands the agile development and the universal modeling language.

Skills:

  • Working with stakeholders, project managers, technical staff and users
  • Managing efforts to analyze, collect, and prioritize user requirements, and translate business requirements into technical understanding and process
  • Create and maintain artifacts such as requirements documentation, use cases, test cases, data flow diagrams, UI wireframes
  • Working with business users and managers to evaluate solutions
  • Working with users to ensure implemented solution meets defined success criteria.
  • Communicating complex systems to users, in a manner that enables them to have a common understanding of the product status, risks, and decision points
  • Define and document business specifications, application functionality, workflow requirements, and configuration of business rules
  • Demonstrated experiencing designing and executing test plans and testing strategies
