Location: Durrington (Worthing), with occasional travel to operational sites.
Contract Type: Permanent - Hybrid – 1-3 days a week in the office
Hours: 37 hours a week
Salary: Up to £40 000 DOE

During a time of huge transformation at Southern Water, we are looking to improve data capture and work towards being a data-led organisation. New asset management software is in the process of being rolled out, and you will be joining the team at the beginning of this journey.
As an Asset Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining high quality administrative data for Southern Water's core asset management and GIS systems.
You will be critical in ensuring the key data required for smooth functioning of asset systems is maintained to a high quality. Some of the examples of data include - maintenance strategies, plant maintenance/ maintenance schedule tasks, job plans, person groups, failure codes for problem cause remedies (PCR), manufacturer pick lists, asset and location hierarchies, asset specifications, water supply zones and district metering areas.
With a wide array of responsibilities, the role requires an in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) data and structures.
You will be able to elicit and understand the demands made by various stakeholders and translate into technical changes required to be made to the EAM; carrying out these changes and/ or handing over these changes to the Asset & GIS team for them to carry out.
