We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Fruit & Vegetables/Plants & Flowers Purchasing Department. The Fruit & Vegetables/Plants & Flowers Purchasing Data Analyst will unlock the power of data to drive better decision making and help increase efficiencies in processes and give a competitive advantage. The Fruit & Vegetables/Plants & Flowers Purchasing Data Analyst will report to the Fruit & Vegetables/Plants & Flowers Purchasing Director.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and reporting on all relevant project and department KPIs e.g., Turnover Development, Margin, Supplier fulfilment (“On Time and in Full”), Write offs/Wastage, Promotional Performance, etc.
• Lead Insights & Innovation – understand where there are new opportunities to allow the company accelerate growth and reduce costs.
• Develop new tools in Google Sheets/Excel to improve efficiency and aid decision making
• Building out KPI reporting and dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Enable data back decisions and identification of opportunities for improvement in existing department processes and work practices (both Fruit & Vegetables/Plants & Flowers Purchasing and with other key stakeholders).

What you'll need

• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel Skills is essential
• If possible, degree with a quantitative focus
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence senior management to obtain results and instigate change
• Ability to integrate into and work as part of an established team and key stakeholders
• Action-oriented individual with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
• Work on own initiative and within strict deadlines
• Results driven, dynamic, decisive with the ability to react to changing situations and execute quickly
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Proficient Google Slides/Powerpoint skills

What you'll receive

• €51,000 rising to €65,000 after 3 years
