As a member of the site Tech@lilly Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for delivering IT, Data Analytics, and Digital Plant initiatives. Your general responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with business areas to gather user requirements.
• Translating user requirements into solutions that meet business needs.
• Configuring and developing digital solutions.
• Developing and delivering CSV deliverables.
• Testing solutions against predetermined criteria and design.
• Coordinating Go-Live activities with business areas.
• Maintaining a safety-first and quality-always mindset.
• Staying compliant and current with your learning plan and training.
• Attending and reporting status at Tech@Lilly meetings.
• Communicating and presenting to stakeholders
