Physical Demands
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances, and/or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years minimum relevant work experience. 3 years experience in web application development. 3 years experience with data analysis, reporting, and data visualization. Demonstrated experience with managing projects. Experience advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Significant expertise in Excel, and proficiency in all other Microsoft Office Suite products. Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience compiling and analyzing data and statistical reports. Demonstrated ability to manage complex administrative procedures. Knowledge of SAS , Tableau, BI360 or other statistical analysis software. Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-cultural skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple/competing priorities and provide excellent outcomes within required time frames. Detail oriented.
