2. POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Supply Chain and Operations Data Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous availability of inventory and supplies to support ongoing sales and service operations at optimal costs. By leveraging advanced analytical, planning, and communication skills, this position provides valuable insights into supply chain trends and supplier performance. The role involves developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key metrics, such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost trends. Collaborating closely with procurement, operations, and other departments, the analyst identifies opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and process optimization to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience. Additionally, this role supports strategic decision-making through forecasting, inventory planning, and financial analysis, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with applicable regulation

3. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Comply with all applicable US laws and regulations, including Levare US HSE policies and procedures; personally observe safety and security protocols, promote safe practices, and report any safety issues through proper channels.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data using advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key supply chain metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, supplier performance, inventory turnover) and support decision-making
- Identify trends and patterns to suggest areas for cost reduction, service level enhancements, and forecast future supply chain needs
- Develop and implement inventory planning strategies, including safety stock calculations and economic order quantities, to optimize inventory levels and reduce holding costs
- Continuously improve forecasting techniques and monitor stock levels and consumption patterns to identify potential stockouts or overstock situations
- Conduct scenario planning exercises to evaluate the impact of market shifts, supplier disruptions, or demand fluctuations on inventory and supply chain costs
- Recommend corrective actions and coordinate inventory replenishment based on statistical analysis and demand forecasts, collaborating with procurement and operations teams to align inventory purchases with consumption trends
- Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs such as lead times, cost trends, and quality metrics; develop scorecards and facilitate performance reviews
- Analyze purchase orders and vendor deliveries to identify discrepancies; provide insights for supplier negotiations and contract renewals
- Perform procurement analytics to optimize ordering strategies, reduce costs, recommend alternative suppliers or materials, and explore new sources of supply
- Analyze market conditions, stay updated on trends, and research product requests to support procurement decisions
- Evaluate supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks; use data modeling to simulate changes, propose and execute strategies to enhance efficiency, minimize risks, optimize resource allocation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
- Identify and assess potential supply chain risks; develop mitigation strategies and risk response plans; support strategic planning by forecasting future needs;
- Stay informed on best practices and industry trends to incorporate into operational strategies
- Utilize ERP systems and analytics platforms to manage and analyze supply chain data
- Ensure accurate data entry, troubleshoot system issues, and establish data governance and validation processes to maintain high-quality data

- Act as a liaison between the supply chain and other departments to align activities with business objectives, participating in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to provide insights on capabilities and constraints
- Present findings to stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations for management review
- Define and monitor supply chain KPIs, implement new metrics for performance improvements, and provide regular updates on efficiency and effectiveness
- Use automation tools to streamline data gathering and reporting processes, reducing manual tasks and allowing real-time access to key metrics
- Utilize visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to make data insights accessible and actionable for stakeholders across the organization
- Conduct financial analyses on procurement budgets, monitor costs across the supply chain to ensure alignment with financial targets, assist in developing annual supply chain budgets, and provide forecasts and financial models to support budget planning
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the supply chain and operations team.
