Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. This role requires expertise in data visualization tools, programming languages, and a strong analytical mindset to drive business performance.

Duties

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic initiatives.
  • Pull and validate data from internal systems including EMRs, scheduling platforms, and billing tools.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor patient outcomes, staff performance, and key operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Support compliance and quality initiatives through regular performance reporting and audit prep.
  • Lead project management efforts for analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role with a strong portfolio of projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic macros, data visualization tools).
  • Experience with ETL processes and database design principles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge in SQL, is a plus.
