Primary Function of Position:If you share our values and are passionate about helping patients and customers, this role is for you. The Sr Analyst, Finance Applications, develops IT systems that advance the Finance business area. This job involves working closely with finance users to create and implement cost-effective IT solutions.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Simplify the text to:

  Improve business processes and applications in Finance, including Source to Pay Business Processes, through investigation, design, testing, and monitoring.

• Collaborate with management to create business needs and long-term plans for IT solutions in Finance.
• Join projects, internal teams, or taskforces. The Manager assigns them. Offer design leadership in finance, cross-functionally.
• Manage cross-functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects or providing status updates on various projects
• Design, implement, and support solutions for business processes using SAP S/4 or FI/CO, Coupa, Ariba, iValua, and Concur. Avoid unnecessary complexity.
• Provide production support or implement enhancements for existing financial applications ensuring responsiveness to customer requests and quality of work
• Collaborate, coach and mentor business and applications teams located across the globe and in the various time zones.
• Help Manager, Finance Applications follow standards, internal controls, processes for Applications team, including PMO standards, processes.
• Ensure internal controls are followed and report exceptions immediately.
• Remain at the forefront of industry practices and application development.
• The Sr Analyst enhances and implements applications for Finance systems, including SAP S/4 FI/CO Modules and more.

Skill/Job Requirements:In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the personal must:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology (preferably a master's) and 8-12 years experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Finance applications.
• Ability to influence business teams in the design of system solutions to business problems.
• Experience and functional expertise with SAP Finance solutions is required.
• Proven project management and organization skills required to manage own work across multiple initiatives in parallel
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, and related business processes
• Successful track record in working on cross-functional, cross-team projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional data skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.

This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale office Monday - Friday every week.
