Target Range:

$70,000.00 /Yr. - $75,000.00 /Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

We are looking to add a Senior Business Analyst to our Internal Consulting team to support a variety of projects within the Office of the CEO.

In this role, you will be supporting the internal consulting team who engages in enterprise transformation projects. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders to analyze business challenges and develop tools to resolve the challenges. You need to be comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and able to quickly learn how systems, processes and data are connected.

This position is on-site and located at our HQ in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the internal consulting team with the development of reporting assets using Excel, SQL and Tableau
  • Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives by analyzing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating system capabilities
  • Work with business units to clarify objectives by breaking requests down into component pieces and working with a variety of stakeholders to execute on initiatives
  • Support testing of applications or reports as part of the SDLC process
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes within short time frames
  • Demonstrable experience working independently with little supervision while meeting aggressive timelines
  • Ability to proactively analyze and assess current processes to define, document and implement improvements
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance or automate processes for optimization and efficiencies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' working with a variety of data sets and generating actionable insights
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Excel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
  • Sound problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
