In this position…


As a Specialist, People Analytics and Planning Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. You will work closely with various teams to understand their needs and provide actionable recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work on global, cross-functional initiatives that help shape business decisions and polices based on data and facts. Data is at the heart of our transformation, and you will pay a key role leading this movement.



Responsibilities

What you’ll do…



  • Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets. Clean and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to analyze data and identify patterns, trends, and insights.

  • Develop clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain statistical models to predict future outcomes and analyze the impact of different variables.

  • Work closely with other teams to understand their data needs and provide support.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights and recommendations on key HR metrics and trends using a variety of internal and external data sources and integrates these into actionable recommendations.

  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of external metrics, analytics trends, and benchmarking to inform best practices within people analytics and planning.

  • Communicate and deliver insights, trends, and analysis across HR practice areas to senior leadership in a compelling and actionable manner, using data visualizations and storytelling techniques.

  • Partner with members of the other HR teams to enhance existing data sources, analytics, and data visualizations.



Qualifications

You’ll have…



  • Associate's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related field 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, merging and cleansing data from multiple sources and formats, macros, VBA, advanced formulas)

  • Proficient with data preparation/manipulation/analysis/visualization tools such as R, Python, SQL, Visier, Qlik Sense, Alteryx, etc.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Experience with Talent Acquisition data and applicant tracking systems

  • Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence

  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization

  • Natural curiosity to solve complex problems in creative ways

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas/findings clearly and concisely
