Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Python to analyze data, automate workflows, and optimize processes.
- Handle large-scale data sets using relational databases, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to share insights and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor critical path activities and assess their impact on project deadlines.
- Generate data insights to support operational enhancements and strategic decisions.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and visualization tasks.
Must-Have:
- 8+ years of business analysis experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Python experience (must be clearly indicated on the resume).
- Strong business acumen, with some operations experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with non-Microsoft applications for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience working with complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
- Background in consulting, project management, and Python automation.
