Position Summary
This role is part of the firm’s National Employee Enhancement Operations (NEEO) team, which aligns people processes and programs to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience. It partners across teams to drive initiatives with strong coordination and execution.
Reporting to the Lead Relationships Associate Director, this role owns the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytical processes that power one of the firm’s largest internal programs, supporting the program’s incentive and review
processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment across the Firm.
The position manages the program’s core data systems, reporting, and master files that support quarterly and bi-annual review cycles. It analyzes and translates complex data into clear insights, helping leadership monitor budgets, track accruals, perform reconciliations, and forecast future performance. This role also partners cross-functionally with Finance, Recruiting, People Operations, and Sales to implement program updates, manage incentive policies, and ensure systems reflect the firm’s evolving needs.
This is a highly analytical, internally focused role. It is not client-facing and is best suited for individuals who enjoy working with data, in systems, and analytical problem-solving. Ultimately, this position helps ensure the program operates efficiently, remains scalable and data-driven, and provides leadership with the insights needed to make informed decisions.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis, Reporting & Systems Management
Own the design, integrity, and scalability of core data models, master datasets, and reporting infrastructure to support internal incentive reviews.
Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual processing, improve data accuracy, and increase reporting efficiency.
Enhance and maintain core workbooks and reporting tools to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
Continuously optimize reporting tools for performance, usability, and scalability (Excel, Power BI a plus).
Partner with People Operations, Recruiting, and Sales Operations to implement firmwide updates across systems and review processes.
Budget Analysis & Financial Oversight
Conduct monthly budget reviews, identifying reclasses and reconciliation items for Finance and internal team review.
Provide visual analytics and insights on participant budget usage throughout the fiscal year.
Support allowance approvals and monitor control processes to reinforce responsible budget utilization.
Matching & Headcount Management
Partner with Recruiting to ensure accurate system updates supporting the program’s participant matching process.
Confirm monthly headcount with the internal team and report accruals to Accounting.
Incentive Policy & Forecast Management
Maintain and update internal incentive policies, ensuring current documentation is reflected on the firm’s intranet site.
Partner with Finance to communicate incentive changes to manage the internal incentive budget and forecasting process.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
4 Year Degree from Accredited University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of Professional Experience in analytics, operations, program support, or a data-driven role requiring high accuracy and deadline execution
Advanced Excel skills (power queries, complex formulas, large datasets)
Strong interest in leveraging AI and Technology driven solutions
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Experience working with large, imperfect datasets
Exposure to automation (Power Automate, macros, SQL, etc.)
Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, or accrual tracking
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, collaborative and growth-oriented environment with a high energy level
