What You’ll Do

• Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Dig deep into complex datasets to uncover insights that shape the future of Boats Group Financial Services Business. You'll create powerful analyses and strategic recommendations that guide business decisions and generate real-world impact.
• Analytical Modeling & Machine Learning: Utilize machine learning techniques—such as logistic regression and other machine learning models—to predict trends, segment markets, optimize operations, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Dashboard & Visualization: Develop intuitive, actionable dashboards and visualizations using industry-leading tools like Tableau and Power BI, empowering stakeholders with clear, insightful, and real-time data.

What You Should Have

• 4-6 years of analytical experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying statistical modeling and machine‑learning techniques—including logistic regression and other advanced algorithms—to solve real‑world problems and drive data‑informed decisions.
• Growth mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a strong desire to continuously learn, improve, and expand your skillset.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel and Python, for advanced data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Proven ability to translate analytics into strategic insights, complemented by strong business acumen.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ownership mindset, consistently delivering high-quality, impactful work.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and clear communication with senior stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• CRM expertise, especially Salesforce experience, is a plus.
• Ability to tell a story with complex quantitative data and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
