An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a newly established advisory firm with ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will have a primary focus on all aspects of the EDRM model, including collections, eDiscovery, digital forensics and data analytics.
Role Duties include:
- Deliver or support in the delivery of Forensic Technology projects from inception to completion, including data collection, processing, review and production.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to assess project requirements, develop strategies, and deliver solutions.
- Ensure that all eDiscovery projects are executed in accordance with industry best practices and relevant legal standards and regulations.
- Evaluate and implement new eDiscovery tools and technologies to improve operational efficiencies and deliver better outcome.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in eDiscovery and digital forensics, including legal and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in eDiscovery, with a strong understanding of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model).
- Experience managing workstreams and supporting other team members in the delivery of project requirements.
- Experience working with eDiscovery tools, such as Relativity, Nuix, and Concordance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
