We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Analyst to take on a senior role in the team. This role requires someone thats well-versed in a range of tooling, ideally someone thats been in an environment where engineering excellence and product thinking has been applied to data.


Key responsibilities & duties include:


  • Developing comprehensive reporting, data, and analytical products
  • Leading on the delivery of several types of work surrounding New Ventures, Global Currency and Business Transformation
  • Serving as a senior level individual contributor
  • Translating complex business requirements into data solutions that are high-quality
  • Using customer data to create models that will be used to predict the size of the opportunity of potential strategic initiatives, including new and maturing ventures
  • Instrumenting dashboards to track performance of these initiatives and ventures, and to compare performance to predictions
  • Pulling insights from this performance data to help us better understand our customers behaviour and to improve our offerings to them over time
  • Incrementality analysis around existing products and services and the impact on key metrics such as acquisition, engagement, retention and financial contribution
  • Producing partner facing analysis and reports that deliver meaningful insights in an easily comprehensible way for commercial stakeholders

Required Skills:


  • Extensive experience taking a problem from ideation through to solution thats driven business outcomes
  • Experience of writing queries in python to process, gain insight and visualise the data
  • In-depth with writing and optimising SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in telling great stories with data, with the ability to create powerful visualisation to bring it to life - Tableau or equivalent visualisation tool experience
  • A problem solver with an analytical mind that focuses on progress to get things into our colleagues hands sooner.
  • Experience with applying statistical methodologies
  • Experience in designing and building in a complex environment with high volumes of data
  • Worked with agility in mind, in an environment where you break work down and focus on delivering iteratively
