The Data Analyst will execute the production, analysis, and dissemination of customer and operational metrics to key business stakeholders. - Evaluate the effectiveness and financial impact of marketing programs and promotional activities.â¯
- Collect and provide quantitative and qualitative information to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and answer strategic business questionsâ¯
- Track performance and create KPIs of targeted programs offered to customers to help drive better resultsâ¯
- Gather and analyze the external market and economic data to better understand correlations to industry and business activity and provide regular insightsâ¯
- Utilize BI solutions to improve the timeliness of data and better visibility to decision-makers to help them monitor, measure, or predict how the company is performingâ¯
- Assist with maintenance and management of the Marketing SQL database.â¯
- Perform marketing research & analysis to inform customer targeting & segmentation, and tracking of Customer Lifetime Value across the enterpriseâ¯
- Enable Voice of Customer (VOC) data collection, tracking, and analysis to improve Customer Experience at all levels – end consumer (homeowner), contractor (dealer), and distributorâ¯
- Understand current and target Customer Experience and Customer Journey; create a dashboard to continually measure key metrics to understand gaps and areas that need further attention and investmentâ¯
- Create new data sets when there is little or no data available, to inform marketing analysisâ¯
- Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and IT to identify new data sets and how those can be used to bring value to the market and company; engaged third-party vendors and customers as needed.â¯
- Engage with third-party data providers to strengthen data models as neededâ¯
- Assist with internal assessments of workflow processes to identify inefficiencies, especially those where Marketing is involved, and propose more efficient processes and proceduresâ¯
- Provide data and ad hoc analysis to support marketing managers as neededâ¯
- Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

Competencies:
Experience:
- 0-3 years of work experience in a Marketing / BI Analyst roleâ¯
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst working with eCommerce, retail, marketing, and/or web development applications.â¯
- Experience solving complex business problems involving a heavy amount of analytics.â¯
- Digital Marketing-based experience preferred.â¯
- HVAC industry experience preferred but not requiredâ¯
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Engineering / Statistics / Mathematics / Economics; or another related degree with a strong quantitative emphasisâ¯
- (Optional) Master’s degree in Business Administration / Marketingâ¯
