MBL Technologies is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to enhance our large-scale information system solutions and business integration efforts. This role involves evaluating program guidance, recommending domain-specific solutions, and providing actionable insights through advanced analytics. The successful candidate will drive data-driven decision-making and support data management and informatics initiatives within the organization 


This position offers a hybrid work environment but requires proximity to Washington DC for occasional on-site needs.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of large-scale information system solutions and facilitate business integration across the organization. 
  • Evaluate program guidance and recommend domain-specific solutions and policies to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Evaluate various business models, identify and implement improved work alternatives and business processes 
  • Gather and document comprehensive business requirements to support organizational efficiency. 
  • Plan and execute system testing, and support business partners in user acceptance testing (UAT). 
  • Facilitate meetings, communications, and negotiations to ensure smooth project progression and alignment with stakeholder expectations. 
  • Provide actionable insights through advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making within the agency. 
  • Contribute to data management, clinical informatics, and population health informatics initiatives.
  • Ensure successful support and execution of AI Pilot projects by analyzing data to meet or exceed objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Generate concise reports with actionable insights to refine AI solutions and identify and mitigate data-related risks. 
  • Create and maintain a network of relevant individuals to address operational problems. 
  • Offer assistance, advice, and solutions to co-workers, contributing to the success of the organization’s data and business analysis efforts. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in implementing information system solutions and facilitating business integration.
  • Strong ability to evaluate business models, document requirements, and drive process improvements.
  • Experience in system testing, user acceptance testing, and managing stakeholder communications.
  • Advanced analytics skills with the ability to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with data management, clinical informatics, and population health informatics.
  • Knowledgeable in AI Pilot projects, including data analysis, reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data or business analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Active VA clearance required.
