Summary:

Onsite position - Hollywood Florida. Position is not eligible for remote/hybrid.

Perform in a lead role to provide information to managers and executives, which helps them optimize their service-line clinical, financial and operational results. Creates reports, dashboards and extracts for a variety of customers using established tools and data sources. Leverage a wide set of analytical skills to answer ad-hoc and timely data-driven questions for executives, finance operations and service-line leaders.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating ad hoc reports, standard reports and dashboards for a variety of customers using established tools and data sources while following applicable standards, policies and procedures.Maintain the quality and completeness of data in data warehouse for Healthcare service-lines by working closely with business and Data Warehouse teams.Designs and develops templates for reports and dashboards that share consistent branding, look and feel. Promotes use of these templates and ensures compliance. Ensures sensitive data is displayed, delivered and secured properly.Interpret and analyze data sets to identify trends, inform strategic business decisions and recommend cost savings/process improvement opportunities.Collect and document reporting requirements for service-line strategic initiatives, ad hoc requests, reports and dashboards.Collaborate with cross functional teams (service-line management, finance, and other operations) to understand the insights they need to manage and grow their service-lines.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelors: Business Administration (Required)

Additional Job Information:

Complexity of Work: This role requires critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to build and foster positive relationships. Strong problem-solving aptitude, self-starter and self-reliant. Required Work Experience: Five (5) years work experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures, developing reports or extracts using Microsoft BI tools including SSMS and SSRS. Strong knowledge of database concepts and technologies, data visualization tools such as Tableau, Pyramid Analytics or Power BI. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in healthcare analytics preferred. Other Information: Must possess one of the following certifications: Certification in EPIC Clarity or Caboodle within eighteen (18) months of employment. Knowledge of EPSi preferred.Additional Education Info: or Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
