Your New Role: 

Lead Business Analysis: Responsible for identifying and implementing key technology initiatives designed to optimize business operations throughout DC Comics. Provide thorough and detailed process flow, requirements, functional & testing documentation that clearly articulates the business partners need and the technical solution. This role will act as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the DC Comics applications to recommend areas of improvement and implement technical solutions that introduce automations and operational efficiencies.  The Sr. BA will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to effectively facilitate technology delivery. They will be responsible for conducting Quality Assurance (QA Testing) and will facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the end users. Additionally, they will provide guidance & training on new features while also ensuring that the functionality meets the end users’ needs. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and other technical team members to ensure that the product backlog is prioritized and groomed. 70%

Ongoing Support:  Lead ongoing application small enhancements and production support for all systems within the DC Comics portfolio by working with the end users, Product Managers, Business Sponsors and Tech Leads to document designs and determine priority. Act as the functional support lead that assists with triaging bugs and issues reported by the end users. 30%

Qualifications & Experiences: 

  • 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting system implementations using agile framework

  • Experience with design and execution of business and technology best practices

  • Experience working in cross-matrixed teams

  • Proven ability to empathize with the end user and guide them to the most optimal system and process solution

  • Experience with requirements elicitation, user stories and wireframes

  • Experience creating Test Plans, Test Scripts, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Content Management, Production and Financial process acumen

  • Experience in Media & Entertainment Industry

  • Functional knowledge of these additional applications and processes: MS Business Central and other Dynamics applications; MS Tools - O365, MS Power Apps; Jira & Confluence; Content / Asset Mgmt Solutions - Box, Nuxeo; Data Warehouse – Snowflake; Monday.com

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
