What will you do?
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll join our new Product Strategy team taking the lead on a new data-driven approach for our product roadmap. Gathering, reviewing and analysing customer usage data, market trends, and client and competitor intel, you’ll propose future products and their impact on the business.
Thinking commercially and operationally, you’ll develop pragmatic business cases for new offerings, changes to the existing suite of products and drive forwards future developments with our Private Equity clients in mind.
Using business analysis, financial modelling and market intelligence analysis, you’ll form evidence-based conclusions and convert these into proposed actions. You validate use cases for new products and services.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders in all different departments to advise business leaders and product development teams. This is an influential role, leading product strategy roadmap decisions. Working closely with our new Head of Product Strategy, this is a great opportunity to be part of a new team, shaping the product roadmap of a scaling global business.
What will you bring?
Immersed in all things Product, your business analysis experience allows you to bring together the right data from different sources and pull it together into meaningful insights. You are able to see the granular details of data, client needs, market trends and competitor behaviours, as well as the larger overarching product strategy vision. You bring experience influencing the product lifecycle with the insights you share.
Ideally you have some exposure to the investment world, Private Equities in particular. You have worked with Salesforce, PowerBI and other tools to collate the information and data you need. You’re used to working in multifunctional teams across different locations, remote workers and third parties, and you pull together the different needs and views into a cohesive strategy.
Your communication skills, both written and spoken, are clear and effective to present to stakeholders at all levels of seniority and technical knowledge, influencing decision making and advising on the correct actions. This stakeholder management experience allows you to bring together multidisciplinary teams and different business units’ needs to unify and create cohesion.
How will I be rewarded?
We truly care about our people so in return for your work, you’ll get:
