Job Description:
As a Master-level Future Process Designer, within our IT organization and working cross-functionally across our HPE operational teams, you will be a catalyst for digital transformation. Your role involves envisioning and implementing innovative processes that enhance efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and drive organizational agility. With your expertise in Lean Six Sigma, executive communication, and strategic planning, you'll play a critical role in helping Senior Executives drive faster, better-informed decisions, to shape our IT landscape.
Unique mastery and recognized authority with strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems. We measure ongoing return on investment, based on actual realized project outcomes.
Demonstrates mastery in process engineering with subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, and techniques. Develops and delivers detailed designs for innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in complex environments across multiple functions. Capable of mediating between parties to achieve optimal process designs. Leads large, cross-functional teams or projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives. Able to work independently in new or existing areas that lack clear definition.
Responsibilities:

Process Optimization and Redesign: Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze existing systems and manual operations, including data sources, process mining, and statistical validation. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline workflows, and enhance system capabilities. Align process design with business objectives and customer needs and drive executive alignment. Master-level experience in process engineering, lean, six-sigma, process improvement.

Process Mining & Analytics: Design, implement and use process mining tools in conjunction with data dashboards and statistical analysis to drive data-driven investigations, improve executive insights on performance improvement, establish improvement action plans, design requirements to deliver value outcomes, and performance monitoring requirements.

Deliver future-state processes designs: leverage emerging technologies and best practices to deliver breakthrough designs for future improvements in greenfield and brownfield process roadmaps. Collaborate with leadership & SMEs from Business Operations & IT to define the digital transformation strategy & roadmap. Develop and present future process business case, value creation plan, and detailed future process maps for IT designers and business operations teams.

Business Case Development: Drive the process from root cause analysis to value realization for senior executives and SMEs. Communicate by creating and delivering compelling, data-driven, business cases for enhancements. Deliver root cause analysis, statistical testing, business benefits, ROI, resources, timeline, and impacts. Clearly identify Value Stream and Customer focused outcomes. Clearly identify Value Chain requirements, ROI, and outcome alignment. Secure senior executive sponsorship for your business case and design insights, emphasizing strategic alignment for detailed designs across business and IT teams, gap assessments, and development roadmaps over time.

Executive Communication: Deliver persuasive presentations to senior leadership using executive slides supported by strong analytics tools including LSS, process mining, data analytics, and root cause statistical testing. Clearly articulate the value proposition of process improvements. Influence decision-making by presenting data-driven insights. Communicates initiative progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders.

End-to-end cross-functional Stakeholder Management: Manage environments with multiple and sometimes competing performance goals. Demonstrate the ability to provide independent, data-informed, analysis and recommendations. Provide leadership in driving transparency and clarity of process, data, analysis, and recommendations in projects.
Education and Experience Required:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in process design, new/future process design, digital transformation or IT strategy, data quality, and project management.
- Proven track record as a decisive, action-oriented individual, delivers data-driven business cases to senior executives, leads cross-functional global teams, achieves strategy-aligned, high-value outcomes.
- History of turning data analysis into Senior executive recommendations, including data analysis, SQL, querying, statistical analysis, dashboard dev, process mining, LSS quality, business interpretation.

- Change Leadership: Guide teams through transformational shifts.
- Extensive expertise in evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of empirical and root-cause analysis, modelling and testing methodologies to identify areas for process improvement.,
- Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross- business unit initiatives, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.,
- Ability to effectively communicate quality architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.
