The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Business Analyst to join our Niche & Wellness Brands Digital Hub based in London. In this role, you will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges across multiple brands. You will work closely with Business, Brand and IT partners to gain an in-depth understanding of business strategies and processes in order to help build a comprehensive roadmap of projects that drive business growth and Brand value.

 

What you'll get to do

  • Comprehensive analysis of medium to extra-large digital and eCommerce project requests and requirements to ensure all cross-functional inputs, impacts and considerations are documented and costed
  • Manage project scope, change requests, requirements, and stakeholder expectations from kick-off to project delivery, including developing flow diagrams, as-is/to-be scenarios, fully comprehensive business and functional requirements, outline and template non-functional requirements, and test scenarios
  • Partner with Technical BA to ensure all user stories are translated properly for the Development and QA teams, acting as the first point of contact to address any questions during the build and QA phase; working collaboratively to develop solutions and make recommendations to business partners
  • Participate in QA and UAT
  • Work with Site Experience Director, Finance, Digital Steerco and IT partners to build a strategic project roadmap that aligns with corporate strategies and cross-functional roadmaps and priorities
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enable operational efficiencies. Enhance change management capabilities

 

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Strong experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
  • Proven background of end-to-end delivery of digital or eCommerce projects, preferably in the Luxury, Beauty, Fragrance or Fashion industries
  • Good knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies A good working knowledge of Visio, Jira, Figma. Asana is a plus
  • Good understanding of data and information architecture principles
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles
  • Background in working with wide range of business stakeholders from senior managers and operational staff to IT teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and project change, able to manage a large volume of projects whilst keeping attention to detail
