The Senior Business Analyst, Business Enablement Strategy & Transformation, will have a proven track record in analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting results that will support growing our Global Capabilities Centre (GCC). You will identify opportunities in processes, data and roles while working through uncertainty to solve problems. You will lead discovery, requirements gathering, and perform testing of our user personas in order to meet the needs of the business and drives growth for this strategic priority.  Additionally, you will provide recommendations that address the problem statements using data and insights.  You will work in ambiguous environments, while being able to see the bigger picture and identify dependencies, risks or opportunities across stakeholders at any given time.


 


What you will do:



  • Support ideation phase through feasibility assessments, requirement gathering and testing of User Personas.

  • Facilitate discussion to document requirements to address gaps and pain points identified in the current state.

  • Use data, analysis, and insights to identify and evaluate opportunities in alignment with our overall strategy.

  • Drive feasibility assessments and requirements by conducting volumetric assessment, process re-engineering, map the technology landscape, document business processes and recommend optimal operational model.

  • Assist with shaping priorities for the Global Capabilities Centre by ensuring initiatives are prioritized according to business impact, value, and relevance.

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to socialize and ensure alignment on goals as we execute on initiatives.

  • Monitor and track value realization relative to requirements and identify opportunities to maximize outcomes.

  • Be a change agent to achieve the desired state through communication, coaching, training, and expectation setting.


What you will bring: 



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, engineering, or relevant field

  • 5 - 8 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Experience in business analysis, project management, or operational excellence is preferred

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CPAB) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designations are considered an asset

  • Ability to analyze a complex problem and break it down into sub-problems

  • Strong financial literacy and quantitative skills

  • Think “outside the box” and create novel solutions to problems

  • Ability to evaluate innovation opportunities rapidly in the context of other business priorities

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly, verbally and through presentations

  • Demonstrated collaboration and communication with leaders and other individuals across an organization

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to work independently to identify and surmount obstacles proactively with limited supervision

  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment; can work on 2-3 assignments simultaneously and need to self-organize

  • A drive for innovation, fostering an environment that encourages new approaches and challenges the status quo

  • A collaborative mindset to build relationships across functions and the business

The base salary for this position is between $51,400-$95,200 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
