Salesforce Business Analyst

Privately-owned group of vertically integrated commercial construction companies based in the Twin Cities is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to add to their growing team.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our business. As a Salesforce B, you will manage and deploy new Salesforce features and functionality for our team. You will also ensure data integrity, security, and user adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes
- Perform regular Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security management, and system maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices
Skills:
- Ability to administer Salesforce Service, Sales, and Marketing Cloud in the areas of User Management, General Salesforce support, Security Management, Data Management, and Process Automation
- Expert in the implementation of 3rd party products to support Salesforce
- Ability to concisely communicate with any level of business representatives
- Analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify customizations
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a senior role
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certification
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles
- Experience with data modeling, report development, and custom development in Salesforce
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, internal customers, high-level staff, and external vendors
