S2P Data Analyst Principal

We are looking for a talented S2P Data Analyst Principal to join our team specialising in Systems/Information Technology for our IT Data Analyst Principal Department. This role can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe within a commutable distance of a Cummins site.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Drive successful Source to Pay (S2P) data migration initiatives by analysing legacy systems and SAP data structures to ensure accurate and seamless supplier data transitions.
• Improve supplier master data quality through data profiling, quality assessments, root cause analysis, and remediation activities across procurement, finance, and business functions.
• Enable business readiness by gathering, cleansing, validating, and preparing supplier and procurement data to support large scale transformation and deployment activities.
• Strengthen data integrity and governance by partnering with business stakeholders and the S360 Master Data Management team to establish and maintain high-quality supplier master data.
• Support end to end migration execution through data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution across Source to Pay processes.
• Enhance data management processes by developing scalable data cleansing, automation, profiling, and quality control frameworks that improve efficiency and consistency.
• Provide leadership and visibility by assessing data readiness, monitoring data quality metrics, identifying risks, and driving issue resolution throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate across global teams by working closely with procurement, finance, SAP functional teams, master data specialists, and technical stakeholders to support successful transformation outcomes.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience in data analysis, data quality, data governance, master data management, or SAP data migration.
• Strong knowledge of Source to Pay business processes, supplier master data, data profiling, and data management tools and technologies.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL data sources, business intelligence platforms, and data quality solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP implementation, or large-scale data migration programs.
• Understanding of SAP master data structures and data governance principles; experience with supplier master data is highly desirable.
• Exposure to Agile software development and modern data management practices.

• Familiarity with data cataloguing, data governance frameworks, automation tools, and cloud-based data platforms is preferred.
