Reliability Data Analyst
Port Allen, LA
PSC Group is seeking a dedicated and focused Reliability Data Analyst to join our team at a petrochemical plant in Port Allen, LA. The Reliability Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the reliability engineer in plant productivity data corrections, analysis, and reporting

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts
Pay Range: Starting at $30 an hour with opportunity for advancement based on experience
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory standards for employee safety, security, health, and environmental requirements through the execution of all safety programs, Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), and Personnel Safety Management System (PSMS) tools.
- Utilize and enhance processes for analyzing and improving Port Allen LOBP’s packaging and blending efficiency through the ZARPAC and OSI PI reporting systems.
- Support the identification, tracking, and execution of packaging and blending reliability projects and initiatives.
- Work closely with packaging and maintenance departments to develop best‑practice change over, troubleshooting, and operational checklists or job aids to drive consistent performance.
- Support the maintenance department in the ongoing optimization and updating of spare parts and preventative maintenance (PM) strategies.
- Support preparing for and leading the weekly Reliability Leadership Team (RLT) meeting to align operations and maintenance teams on productivity performance and improvement opportunities.
- Support weekly Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings to determine mechanical bad actor root causes and solutions with more in-depth investigations for major equipment failures.
- Collaborate with lube plant reliability engineering network to learn and share best practices for data capture, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and outside contractors as needed to improve plant equipment performance and reliability.
- Support operations in optimizing first time blend/flush accuracy rates with minimizing flush quantities.
Job Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious at all times
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Stable work history with good references from past employers
- PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to maximize software capabilities, such as Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements:
You must be able to:
- Speak, write, read fluent English. Hear and have good vision.
- Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
- Work outside in environmental conditions, which at time includes extreme hear or extreme cold
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of PPE
- Lift 50 pounds floor to waist
- Push and pull 50 pounds horizontally
- Carry 20 pounds while walking
- Climb stairs and ladders
