Could you be the full-time on-site Project Industrial Data Engineer we’re looking for?


 


 


Your future role


Take on a new challenge and become responsible to perform the following (at the project level) by ensuring that the industrial Master Data are well implemented in the different systems (ERP, SES)


 


We’ll look to you for:




  • New Information Set-up:




    • Is the Key User for Industrial Information System Tools: ERP, SES




    • Perform the tests before implementation or update




    • Ensure the data migration and eventually pilot the data rework




    • Train the users




    • Participate to the Key Users network.






  • Industrialization:




    • Define data work plan




    • Interface with Project Industrialization for BOM requirements




    • Pilot the implementation of the following data in the systems: M-BoM, P-BoM, Routings, Work Centers, Tooling, Purchasing File




    • Ensure the consistency of those data between the different systems




    • Manage the impacts of engineering and process changes in the systems




    • Set-up effectivity for application of the changes




    • Ensure accuracy of P-BoMs. Perform audits




    • Build and maintain up to date the Industrial ERP data, including the Bill of Material, the Process routings, the Configuration Management data




    • Build and update maintenance strategy and development of maintenance plan, task list and Service Order configuration




    • Based on audits & return experience from the field, continuously improve, correct the data into the system

  • A degree in Engineering, Technical or related sciences




  • English read, written, spoken




  • Manufacturing Engineering background with 5 years’ experience preferably in the railway services




  • Basic knowledge of Engineering design and Supply Chain




  • Strong Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration management




  • Familiar with IS common tools
