Job Title: Process Data Analyst Level 2
Duration: 12 months
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Employment Type: Contractor
Work Arrangement:; onsite five days per week at the downtown office.
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support performance improvement initiatives. This role will maintain common-measures reports, develop new reports, complete ad hoc requests and analyses, and support enterprise incentive plans.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct pre-launch and post-launch analyses for pilots and new processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports through audits and validations.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings to define metrics, measurement plans, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain store and department savings-estimate models.
  • Provide technical guidance to field teams and corporate leadership.
  • Analyze operational data to support efficiency improvements and strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience with R or Python.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to data accuracy, validation, and integrity.
  • Clear communication, adaptability, initiative, and persistence.
  • GitHub experience is preferred.
