The Position:

ISC Pre-Construction group is currently seeking a Pre-Construction Data Analyst to join the Corporate Pre-Construction group. The successful candidate will work alongside of Pre-Construction associates in establishing complete electrical and instrumentation proposals for projects. The Data Analyst will analyze data models and perform data mapping and transformation to support construction pricing activities.

Applicants should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of complex relational databases & datasets
  • Experience analyzing multiple databases/datasets and data modeling technical systems to support pricing efforts
  • Strong problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets and to synthesize complex requirements from multiple sources
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and stay self-motivated
  • Construction experience preferred but not required

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Learn Estimating software
  • Work with Pre-Construction Team on proposals
  • Participate in bid reviews
  • Perform specialty electrical services takeoff
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI, Power Apps, and Power Query
