Salary: €40,800 - €56,000 (ROI) or £29,200 - £40,000 (NI) + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

The role

As an Operational Data Analyst in our Home Energy team, you will play a pivotal part in driving data-driven decision-making across the business. By collecting, processing, and analysing data from multiple sources, you will help streamline operations and enhance efficiency through the delivery of automated reporting solutions.

You will

  • Collect, organise, and analyse data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights related to workload trends, workforce performance etc
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to workforce management and identify areas for improvement in workforce performance based on data trends and analysis
  • Develop / maintain automated reports to assist with general business activities
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement initiatives
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Operations business to support its requirements and work with cross-functional teams to understand competing priorities and effectively manage time and resources

You have

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), SQL, or business intelligence / automation software e.g. Power BI, Power Automate
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and workstreams concurrently, with effective time management skills
  • A disciplined, methodical, and analytical approach to solving business problems and improving processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
