Description

We are looking for an experienced, client-focused Data Analyst with a strong

analytical background and excellent client-facing communication skills. In this role,

you will work closely with major film studios to deliver comprehensive data insights that

inform strategic decision-making. While social media data will be a key focus, the ideal

candidate will have the ability to integrate and analyse data from multiple sources to

provide a holistic view of performance. This role is perfect for someone who is

passionate about analytics, thrives in a client-centric environment, and has a strong

network within the entertainment industry.

The Role

Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, consulting with them

regularly to understand their business objectives, address queries, and deliver

insights that align with their goals.

Data Integration and Analysis: Collect, process, and analyse data from

various sources, with a primary focus on social media data, while

incorporating other relevant datasets to provide a comprehensive view of

performance.

Strategic Reporting: Develop and deliver advanced performance

measurement frameworks, custom reporting templates, and data

visualisations that translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.

Client Network Utilisation: Leverage and expand your existing network within

the entertainment industry to strengthen partnerships and help grow the

business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to prioritise

tasks, streamline report delivery, and adapt to the fast-paced demands of the

industry.



Requirements

• experience in social media data analytics, preferably with an

agency background and a focus on the entertainment industry.

• Proven track record of presenting, pitching, and building relationships with

clients, ideally within the film or entertainment sector.

• Advanced knowledge of social media listening tools (e.g., Quid, Brandwatch,

Meltwater) and third-party data integration via APIs.

• Expertise in developing KPI measurement frameworks for organic social media

campaigns.

• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and advanced visualizations integrated

into PowerPoint presentations.

• Strong ability to interpret social media data, create actionable insights, and

align reporting with client strategies.

• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with a sharp focus on

accuracy and detail.

• Comfortable switching between regular and ad hoc analytics projects,

managing tight deadlines.

• An interest in movies and the film industry is highly desirable.
