Master Data Analyst Change Coordinator

 

The Master Data Analyst Change Coordinator works cross-functionally with global Design Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers on Domestic and International change notices in support of both Current Product and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.  Continuously focusing on ways to optimize our change management processes locally and globally as it pertains to cost, quality, and process efficiency.

Note: Relocation assistance is available to the Jackson, MN area for this position.

Responsibilities of the Master Data Analyst Change Coordinator:

  • Assist with new product introduction activities within assigned area.
  • Research and development of both existing and new change management processes and systems to improve quality, productivity, and reduce operating costs.
  • Provide technical assistance, training, and information to various individuals involved in the production processes.
  • Responsible for the accurate execution of Change Notices as it pertains to the Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM).
  • Insure reliability of MBOM & supply chain master data.
  • Understanding business priorities and ability to drive changes end-to-end according to business needs.
  • Conducting cross functional reviews of Change Notices with both Domestic and International Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams to coordinate changes into Jackson site.
  • Communicate effectively with personnel from Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Materials/Planning, and others as the job requires, in a professional manner that facilitates teamwork.
  • Responsible for all aspects of change management for the MBOM of assigned projects including but not limited to the following: Status Tracking, Maturity, Problem Solving, Understanding Usage, Optimize Obsolescence, Change Impact Analysis, Part or Change Effectivity, as well as other responsibilities as assigned by functional manager.

    • Ability to work with others outside of direct reporting to achieve project goals
    • Able to create good motivation of people working as a task force
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong Technical Aptitude
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
  • Strong understanding of Change Management Processes
  • Solid problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications of the Master Data Analyst Change Coordinator:

  • 5+ years of experience working on assembly, fabrication, and/or welding related process improvement projects
  • 2+ years of experience working in the agriculture, heavy equipment, or automotive manufacturing industry 
  • Process Development and Improvement Experience
  • Experience with Windchill PTC
  • Experience and understanding of ERP system processes

 

Education of the TDM Change Coordinator:

  • 2 year Associate’s Degree (preferred), in Engineering or Equivalent Technical Field
