JOB OVERVIEW
As the Master Data Analyst, you will be an integral team member creating and maintaining large amounts of data in SAP in a thorough and accurate manner, supporting the overall business strategies. You will work proactively with other departments with direct impact for product from our platform of Adventure Sports brands, as well as with senior management. Primary responsibility will be ensuring data accuracy through continuous audits and analysis of existing data, conducting and facilitating project work in conjunction with master data processes and accuracy.
This position reports to the Director of Product Systems and allows you the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule from your home office, 3 days a week, and our Irvine, CA headquarters Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
As the Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain SAP data fields, develop and champion the consistency and accuracy of all data in the system, including but not limited to procurement information, pricing, specific product information, warehouse information and locations, etc.
- Set-up and maintain SAP functions in relation to optimal product procurement (i.e. material master data, info records, source lists, transfer data).
- Execute weekly export to ensure all materials have been loaded timely, check costing, pricing, and other attributes for completion and accuracy.
- Execute semi-annual and quarterly upload of data related to material groups and season codes, ensure consistency across entire global organization.
- Create and update vendor and customer accounts in SAP system, deactivate accounts as needed
- Support new system implementations, system integrations, and system updates.
- Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems and communicate updates to stakeholders at multiple levels
- Work closely with product development to maintain and execute to target launch date(s)
- Other tasks and projects as needed
You have:
- Minimum four (4+) years of relevant SAP work experience, preferably in actions sports industry
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Highly comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and communication at all levels, both written and verbally.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of the complexity, interactions and dynamics within an international company
- Ability to maneuver in consistently changing environment

Knowledge and expertise in the use of business softwares and tools (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
You might have:
- Previous experience in the action sports industry
- Oracle and PLM systems experience
- B2B, Salsify, Logility experience a plus, but not required
Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
