The award-winning architecture firm that is reputably one of the best places to work in Los Angeles & San Diego, earning California's Design Firm of the Year, is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join their growing Los Angeles studio.
With over 30 years of practice, this 160 person-firm is nationally recognized in programming, planning + design for the healthcare, science & technology, higher education, K-12, and civic sectors. The firm's expertise includes transformative projects for schools of medicine and the health professions, advanced research and teaching laboratories, leading-edge museums and civic landmarks, tech-offices, and innovative clinical facilities on higher ed, healthcare, and urban campuses.
The team is looking to expand and is actively seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join their interdisciplinary and collaborative architecture practice. The role will evolve with tasks including data analytics for projects to the development of office-wide tools. The firm is looking to harness its extensive database into a series of tools to improve workplace efficiency and access data. In addition to day-to-day data collection and tool development, the role will be responsible for curating a series of meetings that engage principals, key stakeholders, and project teams when applicable.

Bachelors’ Degree in Data, Information, Computation, and/or Math is preferred
Familiarity and interest in data and/or visual analytics
Proficiency or ability to quickly master programs such as Tableau and Deltek Vision
Experience in the design and construction industry is preferred but not required if candidate is able to educate themselves on architectural terminology
