ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Junior Data Analyst at Townhouse, you'll play a pivotal role in our data-driven journey. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role perfect for a generalist who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in a start-up environment. You’ll be responsible for data manipulation, presentation, and analysis, with a strong emphasis on automation and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with different parts of the business, providing insights that will directly influence our strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle BAU reporting and ensure data is presented in a clear and actionable manner.
• Automate BAU reporting and other general data processes to increase efficiency.
• Conduct analyses such as customer behaviour analysis, commercial pricing, location modelling, demand prediction, and utilisation.
• Gather data through customer surveys and interviews.
• Constantly explore new ways to improve existing processes and build innovative solutions from scratch.

ABOUT YOU:

• A generalist mindset, with a desire to take on multiple roles and build things from the ground up.
• Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets, data manipulation, and data visualisation.
• Strong mathematical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence; able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and conscientious.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Tableau, basic programming, Excel macros).
• Knowledge of SQL is a bonus but not a necessity.
• Relevant multi-site experience preferred.

LOCATION:   

Our office is based in Central London and we offer a hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
