Job Description:

  • Responsible for CRM software program
  • Create process flow documents for various internal processes and assist with process improvement activities.
  • Assist with the creation of a companywide documentation repository. Create and review documentation with stakeholders.
  • Develop standardized reporting for and provide analysis as needed for each department.
  • Create and distribute monthly market share analysis
  • Tailored/ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed by various departments
  • Other tasks as requested by manager

Education/Experience/Skill:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 1 – 3 year professional experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Skilled in Excel / Word / Power Point / Visio
  • Python/PowerBI experience preferred.
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge preferred
