Job Description
This is a key position that supports the business. The person will be one of the primary IT point of contacts and will help facilitate the setup, implementation, roll out and support of all hardware and software application. This person will maintain open communication with IT management to ensure system and process alignment.
Job Responsibilities
• Install equipment and software
• Provide software/hardware support
• Create and update end user guides as needed
• Understand technical architecture and implementation details
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, master's degree desired
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a wide range of audiences including clients, front line managers and C-level leaders.
